SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Shipping
We ship our products locally (within South Africa) at a flat rate of R100 per parcel. We use Aramex and Postnet as our main couriers. If you would prefer your order be sent via another method, please let us know.

For international shipping, charges are calculated based on location, package size and weight. If you prefer a specific courier service, please indicate so in the 'add a note' section in the cart and we will gladly get a quote for you. These costs will be confirmed via invoice and will be mailed to you after
receipt of order. Alternatively, you are welcome to send your own courier to pick up.

Collection (Bellville and Knysna)
You are welcome to pick up your online orders at the following two distribution points:
Bellville - 69 Salisbury Street, Boston, Bellville, Cape Town.
Our Bellville location is a distribution point for pick up only. This is not a physical shop where you can view the products. When you place your order online, select the ‘Pickup’ option. Once your order is processed, we will send you a mail to notify when your order will be ready for collection. Please note that only the following products are available for pick up in Bellville: Black Wooden Blocks, A4 Box Prints, Prints, Notebooks, Small Frames, Calendars and Pendants.
Knysna - 1A Bowden Park, Leisure Isle, Knysna.
Our Knysna location is Sandra’s art studio. You are welcome to come visit the studio to view products or collect online orders. When you place your order online, select the ‘Pickup’ option. Once your order is processed, we will send you a mail to notify when your order will be ready for collection. If you have not placed an order order, but would like to come visit the studio, please fill out the form on our contact us page to arrange a date and time.

Offline Payment - EFT & Bank Transfer
After receiving your order, we will e-mail you with an invoice, confirming your selection and shipping cost. After receiving proof of payment, your order will be processed. If we don’t receive proof of payment after 5 business days, we will assume that you have decided against the purchase and cancel your order. Your order will only be sent to you after your payment reflects in our bank account. We do not accept payment by cheque.

* Please note: Sale items must be paid in full before or on the day the sale expires. If an 'offline payment' method is selected, the same will apply. Only in the rare case that an invoice for an offline payment is received after the sale's expiry date, the payment can be made on the day of receipt of invoice.

Peach Payments is a safe and easy payment portal that allows you to pay your order online. They accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Pay Pal and many more.

PayPal is a well known International secure online payment processing service for processing credit card and other payments methods.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
​
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
​
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 of days.

Sale Items​
​
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sandrapelser@live.com and send your item to: 1A Bowden Park, Leisure Isle, Knysna, 6571

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1A Bowden Park, Leisure Isle, Knysna, 6571, South Africa.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
